12/02/09	Lighting Up The Bell Tower- Dec.2 Wednesday .at 8:30 AM Manahawkin tree svc will string lights on the tower. I'm not sure how long that takes, but some help is needed to assist and including any clean up afterward.
12/05/09	Saturday..at 4:00 PM Set-up- tent/table and extension power for hot drinks and PA system. Bring coffee urn for hot coco and cookies for guests at 7:00 PM
12/08/09	Christmas Party- Tuesday...at 5:00 PM Set-up table for Sweet Jenny's buffet with table and chairs for guests. The food is expected to arrive about 6:15 or 6:30 PM. Party starts 7:00 PM **Note: 7:00 PM Mass is scheduled at the same time as the party so we need to arrive early for parking and to make sure table and chairs are not moved.
